Does anyone know if the boost is somehow electronically limited on a 2003 c230k

Also where can I get a cheap supercharger pulley 10-13lbs boost?

First, has your warranty expired yet ?
Second, there is no such thing as a " cheap " S/C pulley.
Third, yes boost is computer-controlled. ;)
