Vibration

I have 1989 190 D 2.5 5 speed manual I have changed 1 engine mount o/s looked ok also changed flexi disc unable to change vibration damper none available. the vibration experieced has increased. I went to a prop balanceing engineer he recons that the vibration damper wouln't cause that much problem and that the most likely problem is that the Engine/gearbox is not aligned properly with the prop shaft how can I check/ adjust
I think I should have changed all of the mounts not that expensive

Thanks in advance Vince
