I'm learning the joys and pains of the w124 climate control in my '87 300TD. One pain is that, judging from experiance and the owners manual, MB decided that blowing cold air to peoples feet was a bad idea.
Speaking for my spouse this is the case. For me on the other hand my hot feet love a little cool air on a hot day. The air blows strongly at the feet vents when I turn the heat on, but while the system is trying to cool things down there is next to no air moving down there. The questions are: Is this the way it should work? And if so has anyone figured out a way to "fix" it so that it works differently? Thanks. ------------------ -Mike '87 300TD Turbo |

You push select the multi-level ventilation.
Right, except with my climate cotrol unit it isn't working properly. I discovered that it only opens the foot vents when going the multi-level from defrost. This should work after next weekend ------------------ -Mike '87 300TD Turbo |
