I have a 99 E430 with 15,000 miles on it and no fss service done yet. However the oil has been changed twice at 5000 and 10,000 miles. Also,I just changed the fresh air filters, the engine air filter and the wiper blade.
From what I read in the manual, the only things left from the A service is the oil change, brake inspection and fss reset. What do you guys suggest as far as taking it to the dealer for the service? |

I'm not sure I understand the question: Do you want a reduced service? If so, take it to the dealer, show your receipts and dates you changed stuff and ask for just specific other details to be attended to. Then ask them to stamp the service booklet.
A significant part of the service is to get the vehicle up on a rack to have a look at the underside, and frequently they apply a little TLC as needed. ...tracy |

While under warranty, have all of the services done. IF anything happens that is questionable, they reference your service history!!! This is a big deal inside of MB>

Basicly you've already done the "A" flex service, just by changing the oil & dust filter. Make sure to record this in maint book.
