That is a very low price for a valve job. I paid around $1700. List of things done was very long.

I read a few people mentioning the valve job. I got a valve job on mine, and it did wonders. It is expensive (much more than the $800 mentioned above), but it made a big difference in performance, and the persistent oil leak went away.
