Help with W210 rear window

There are plenty of posts on this site about this. Search on "W210 rear window" or "regulator" or my name as I went through this and posted some info. It's not bad but you need to take your time. As I remember there are three screws to take out and then you an use something like a stiff putty knife to pop the panel fasteners ;oose along the bottom and up the sides. The panel has a bent edge which hooks into the window frame along the top. You have to undo the lift switch and probably the locking rod to get it out of the way. There is a plastic moisture liner behind the door panel. The adhesive on this is probably still sticky so the liner can be loosened to give access to the interior of the door. I assume you have the famous broken regulator problem that these cars are prone to have. Get a new one from Phil at PartsShop (sponsor of this site) and get the heaviest duty pop rivet gun you can to fasten it in with. Good luck!
