I bought a 87 300E for my girlfriend,paid $2500 It needed a stering box wich I bought for three hundred dollars.The car has 180000 thousnd miles on it.The complete top end was done 15000 miles ago,the car runs great and has good oil presure.The trans shifts well and the body is in very good condition.She wanted a new car and leased a new c230 kompresor.I have a 93 300 E 2.8 What price should I ask for the car?Is it worth $5000

I think it would have to be in NADA excellent condition to retail for $5000.00, but that really depends on an objective assessment of the car. The fact that you paid $2500.00 should tell you something. Try a dealer. Also do a web search -> Kelly Blue Book
