After my troubles this week getting my car serviced at my local dealer (read This is unbelievable!!).
I am taking my car back today for them to do some serious cleaning! I'm just a little bit worried because I will have no way of getting to and from work without forking out loads of cash to pay for taxis.
I'm sorry to post this off topic thread, but i'm just after a bit of advice. I think i'm too young for a courtesy car (i'm 18).

I would hope that they would provide you with transportation to and from work at a minimum after what you have been thru. This is common over here for normal repair work at a dealer not just MB.

As GSmith suggests, we don't know what is customary in your country, However it would appear that if they ordinarily provide free loaners and you are a licensed driver with automobile insurance, there would be no excuse for their not providing you with one.

Ask! The worst thing that can happen is they would say, "No".
