Speed sensors at the front wheels and rear diff, brake lines inside the engine compartment, ABS module, computer, and dashboard indicator light are what immeidatel comes to mind. Might even need new steering knuckles and hubs to take the sensors. Just not worth it at all and the safety risks of doing it wrong...

Maybe its time for a new car, what with your cracked strut tower and rear suspension problems....

I'm asking this question because I'm going to do major repairs on my car and i like my car.So i'm going to take off the subframe and I'm thinking to change the rear differential with one comes with ABS.

Sounds like a hudge expensive project to me. MB brakes with new rotors good calipers and high quality pads are top nocth. I have three MB's with out ABS and one with it I have never had a problem stooping with the non ABS cars. Were me I'd put my money in best quality brake and suppension parts instead of the ABS........
