air conditioner refill
 
I recently purchased a 1985 280ce coupe. The air conditioner is dry and I would like to know if I can convert to an R-41 ( I beleive thats it) Wal Mart sells it for around $40.00

R41 is hard on the compressor;). Are you vary far from Gainesville? If I were you I would run it over to Steve B (Continental Imports) and get them to get it going.

Stick with R12. You will get better cooling, and you will save big in the long run.
