Is this reasonable?

Its not that I don"t trust my dealer, but because of past issues with it I am seeking comfort from this forum.

I had the dealer adjust the driver's front window because it went up too high, didn't seal properly, & rain came in. Vehicle is a 1999 clk320 convertible. Dealer removed door panel & did the adjustment. I was charged two (2) hours labor. Is that reasonable, considering I had the same problem 2 years ago when the car was under warranty, & the dealer charged MB 3/10ths of an hour for labor?

BTW, the adjustment was not perfect and I had to bring the car back this week.
