Air condition fan
 

Whenever I switch on the air condition, the fan does not come on. There is very little cooling and I'm not sure whether it's working or if the coolness is coming off the engine. Do you think that the fan needs to be replaced?: I forgoet to mention that the car is a 1998 S-320.

I take it you talk about the blower motor which isn't coming on, causing you to run hot. Sounds like a faulty blower regulator. Unfortunately that's a standard fault on these cars. Test control voltage to regulator. Then jump the regulator to test the blower motor.
