brake specialty shop in NJ

I need to find a shop in NJ that specializes in brakes troubleshooting.
Can anyone recommend one. This shop needs to have the proper tools to diagnose individual lines going to the four wheels to troubleshoot the problem areas whether it's the m/c, hoses, or stuck callipers.
thnx.

anyone ?
what about shops that work on hotrods etc, building cars from scratch up. I need something better than the lexus steelership mechanics at this point to troubleshoot the breaking system. I've had it with them at ths point.
