Rear window woes

Driving home last night, I put the left rear window up and heard a loud "pop." The window would not go up or down, but the motor sounded like it still worked. I took off the door panel the next morning and found that the cable had come off the pulley. After looking at it more, Noticed that the regulator guide that slides up and down the regulator had broken and the wire had slipped out.
Does this require that the whole regulator be replaced or can a new guide be put in somehow? Here are some pictures.

Don't give up - I don't know your car, but on the 126 body it is a regular deal. There is a procedure to replace the regulator. It is held by a pin that needs to be grinded off. Then the new regulator is hammered/Peened in place. GOod Luck
