126 Front End/Track Mount question

This is a "Should it be pressed and if so, how" question.
Lower ball joints need to be pulled and pressed, tie rod ends need to be pulled only, not pressed - how about the Track Rod Mounts ?
I remember seeing a thread a long time ago regarding this, but could not find it again. I seem to recall that the mounts do not need to be pulled but do need to be pressed. PLease advise. Thanks

You can knock them out and seat the new ones using a hammer and large drift (old king pins work good), or you can have them pressed out/in.

Thanks Mike, I was making extra sure I knew what I was doing before getting there and being surprised...
Thanks Warren, I do remember that thread and have reread it.
I spent many hours on my back today and did the bearing brackets on both sides,. I think I did well. It got really late so my test drive is tomorrow.
Now all that is left is the lower conntrol arm bushings.
