The best deal going on exhaust parts is Timevalve. These are high quality systems at about one-third of MB prices. They are stainless steel.
How can stainless rust? Chuck |

Nope, two separate pieces. Muffler up closer to the cat, resonator right behind the rear bumper..

Dan,
TimeValve uses highest-grade non-magnetic 304 stainless steel. It simply does not corrode, and is backed by a lifetime warranty. I just replaced the muffler & resonator on my 300TE, and am very happy with the new parts. They even provided SS clamps, and buffed the tailpipe to look like chrome. For about $100 more than stock, I'm very pleased. I just spoke with David, the owner of Time Valve. He will do an entire exhaust system (engine pipes, one big catalytic converter, 2 mufflers and a resonator), from the exhaust manifolds to the rear bumper, for $940 complete with a hardware kit. Without the engine pipes but with the Cat. and all mufflers, is $740. Give them a call at 860.564.7077. [This message has been edited by Michael (edited 09-25-2000).] |
