Is there a way to raise the idle speed as my car feels like its going to stall at time.
Presently it idles at around 700RPM

Thanks.

That's about right. If it feels like it's stalling, then something else is wrong.

Mercedes did come out with an internal memo to up the idle speed when in gear.

The 300E lowers idle by 100RPM when in drive, the mod does away with this. A tech must do this. If done wrong, it will burn the wire harness in the car. This is very expensive. The mod should cost about $150.

i remember my dealership mentioned this to me during my last tune up. if i remember it correct, the bulletin only allows a dip to a max of 500 rpm. i was not charged extra for the adjustment.
