Hey Everyone:
How difficult/complicated/expensive is it to replace the standard halogen headlights with the xenon units? I know the wattage is different, and the units have a self leveling device, but is there any way to retrofit them without breaking the bank? Thanks!

Scott,
It would depend on your definition of "breaking the bank", as all OE Xenon headlights can run anyway from $1800/pr - $3000/pr(or even a bit more). Retrofit it on earlier SLK shouldn't be too much trouble though as OEs are designed to fit SLK at first place. If a 1992 W140 can fit 1999 W140 Xenon units, I can't see why SLK can't do the same....
