I just purchased a 1992 400E. The center console has a switch that looks like three small arrows in a circular pattern. I do not have the owner's manual so I have no idea what this switch is for. Any assistance is appreciated. Jim.

The button cuts off fresh air from the passenger cabin and recirculates the existing air within the cabin. Use it when odd smells are coming from outside (i.e. skunk), but don't keep it running for a prolonged period of time.
