Hey all!

I've seen some 190E's with SL-style hoods, not the SEC. So I went to check out the Erebuni page last night and saw an SL-style hood for the 190E. I have yet to call Erebuni about it, but I thought I'd post some questions here first. Has anyone done this conversion? It looks sweet though I still don't like the huge star in the middle. I wonder what the kit comes with. What confuses me is that it says grill is not included. So, is it just the hood? I have no idea what the SL hood conversion is. Wonder if it's just a mod for the stock 190E hood or a completely new SL hood. Thanks.

On this same topic, what is the difference between the hood and the cap? The cap is actually what?

Well after the conversion the car will certainly look nice when u look it FROM THE FRONT...however, when u view the whole car, it looks strange...at least in my opinion. I have seen the old generation of E-Class fitted with the hood of the current-generation E-Class...In my opinion, it doesn't look nice.
