Hey all!
I've seen some 190E's with SL-style hoods, not the SEC. So I went to check out the Erebuni page last night and saw an SL-style hood for the 190E. I have yet to call Erebuni about it, but I thought I'd post some questions here first. Has anyone done this conversion? It looks sweet though I still don't like the huge star in the middle. I wonder what the kit comes with. What confuses me is that it says grill is not included. So, is it just the hood? I have no idea what the SL hood conversion is. Wonder if it's just a mod for the stock 190E hood or a completely new SL hood. Thanks. |

On this same topic, what is the difference between the hood and the cap? The cap is actually what?

Well after the conversion the car will certainly look nice when u look it FROM THE FRONT...however, when u view the whole car, it looks strange...at least in my opinion. I have seen the old generation of E-Class fitted with the hood of the current-generation E-Class...In my opinion, it doesn't look nice.
