I just noticed it's time to replace the short hose that runs from the manifold to the water pump due to a leak. It appears an awful tight fit. Does the water pump need to be removed to replace this hose? Or can it be accomplished without removal?

Did you do a search on the right upper corner of this page?

I have replaced it without removing the pump

Ahaaa! It worked. I successfully replaced that stubborn bypass hose last night. I sawed off 1/4" of the pipe and it went on without a hitch. So far so good. Thanks for help!
