Just did mine about a month ago.
Not that difficult. Do a search, it's been explained pretty well. Advice 1. Make sure you're replacing the right part. The motor and regulator can be bought separately (reduce your cost) 2. Disconnect your battery 3. Becareful when you're pulling off your panel. Lift up the rear and foward, the panel hooks on to the door. 4. You'll either need someone to hold the glass or you can tape it to prevent it from falling. Basically it's a easy RR job. 45min max. Sorry for the brief explanation. Use the search function, this has been discussed many times. Some post have very good directions and even pics. Good luck. jrmd01@yahoo.com

Thanks. I'll do a search right now. I have removed the door panel and found some of the teeth of regulator almost gone.

Teeth are missing....O.k. you need a regulator. Now check the motor...If the motor is still good, just replace the regulator. Unless you have extra cash to throw away.
The rest of the job is easy. Start unbolting everything and the regulator will easily come out. Replacement is opposite of removal.
