Well, I just took the car (and the lovely) to a cheap german pub in NYC for some Bitburger, Bratwurst, Kraut and Mashies. The rear shock R&R did wonders to the handling of the car. It was pretty calm but when I was passing the big rigs on I-95, the car did'nt budge. We'll have to see what happens in the wind. Hurricane season's peak is about a month away.

I'm beating a dead horse here. But, I love this stuff so here's a great URL with part number - diagram reference for the rear end links of the W124. It also includes the part numbers for the updates and the required bolt and sleeve kits.

Below , the graphic should be attached. I looked up what the MB Service Manual calls each arm and the related chaper for R&R

#2 Thrust Arm 35-113

#5 Tie Rod 35-112

#8 Torque Strut 35-111

#9 Camber Strut 35-110

The resources available on the WWW never cease to amaze me...
