Hi,

Can anyone here recommend a GOOD body shop in the San Gabriel/Pomona/Los Angeles area? I need to locate a good body shop (preferably one that specializes in MB) that knows what they're doing and that have reasonable rates. Also, can those who have updated their W124 E-Class with a 94-95 W124 grille tell me how much that cost in regards to labor, paint, and whatever needed to be done (not including grille). Thanks!

It is rather difficult to answer your questions. Sc. Cal. is a big area and you do not indicate where you are. However I can reccommend Ron"s body shop in Torrance. they do excellent work, and reasonable rates is very subjective. What do you want to pay for the satifaction of quality? they are not "cheap". I got a guy who works on exotics, does an excellent job, and is usually pretty reasonable. Try Lanse Haselrig Auto Restoration in West Los Angeles.

He is on Pontius Ave, Behind the Sports Club LA.

He doesnt only work on benz, but he does usually only work on classics/exotic sportscars, and has repaired many a ferrari, lamborghini, porsche, mercedes, rolls, and more.
