I have not had good luck in this shop. Service advisors do not appear to keep up with MB specs and evolutions.
Put M&S on rear only. Drove like a snake. Wrote "rotate tires" on staggered tires, should have been "align". Changed tires but failed to reset computer so cruise didn't work. Didn't apply for tire warantee on 3yr old checked tires. Waited 3hrs to work on car after APPOINTMENT. Service Mgr. is very unpleasant and rude. New Mgt is trying to get control, but not there yet.
