No one answered.

So Im posting this to cover all of Texas as I know such an animal may not exist so broadening the area might help. I would think a mb junk yard or a junk yard w mb's would have to be near Dallas or Houston or San Antonio, the larger citys.

Anyway know a junk yard with mb's in Texas?

San Antonio Pick-N-Pull has many MB's, but many are parted to nothing. There is also a place called All Bimmers and Benzes,but they are more pricey.

Dunno if the point of this thread is to let others know of decent salvage yards or not, seems like it is tho. Hate to give up secrets of my favorite "honeyhole" (as fishermen are fond of saying) but if you're wondering about any around the Ft. Worth area, two of my favorites are down Mansfield Hwy, one Called Apple Foreign and the other is right across the road, called Apache. Neither one "specialize" in having just Mercedes, but they both do usually have a lot of them, Apache especially has older ones..for what it's worth

If you get there right away you can find parts but as you said most are stripped worthless with a lot of good parts damaged in the process !!

Same goes for other makes and models.

Ok, here's the scoop on my favorite yard: It's down ol' Mansfield Highway south out of Fort Worth, called Apache, Apache has two yards, this one is farthest south on the east side of the road across from Apple. Apples sometimes has some pretty good pickings too, don't overlook them. Further south, about a mile or two, on the east side again is Silver Star. Hope this will help someone.
