My father got me started with Hans back in the early '80s. Now that I've owned more MBs than I can count, I still have Hans do the hard stuff because he's got a hell of a lot of knowledge about those things that only older MB mechanics know - the ins/outs of repair and the shortcuts to diagnosing. He's honest and does solid work - never had a problem he couldn't fix!

Herr Hans Peter K. Naigle does good work on old mercedes benz, including my 300SD. He fixed the AC and he did not neglect to check out the under dash positioners that adjust the various duct damper settings.

These too needed replacement. I'm now in danger of freezing in Houston. I had thought my evaporator was leaking, but Hans assured me that he has never seen such a case on those cars in R-12 service.

He was right. I suspect he is usually right.
