Wanted to ask if anyone located in southern California has a spring compressor they would be kind enough to rent out. I have an '83 300D and am looking for a proper "non-lethal" one ;]

Or.. If none are available and anyone has info on a tool rental company in san diego where I may rent one it would be greatly appreciated.

If folks who rent them out have mailed them (I'm not sure if that's common practice) that may also be a good option.

Hi Folks, not sure if the tool loaner program still exits but looking for a spring compressor to R&R rear springs on my 94 E320. I've used one a few years ago but the on line rental site has disappeared.

Klann or clone requested. I live in Albany, NY. Shipping both ways at my expense of course.
