Want To Rent: Valve Spring Compressor Tool For M180 6 Cylinder Engine/V8
 
I will, in the near future, need to borrow a valve spring compressor tool, as I will be replacing the valve stem seals in a 1965 220S with a M180 6 cylinder engine. I am doing a favor for a friend, so I want to do it as cheaply as possible. The part number of the original tool is 111 589 01 61. I believe it was superceded by part number 123 589 03 61. I think it fits older V8 engines and 4 and 6 cylinder engines with a single camshaft. Thanks for any help.

Never mind, my roommate spent the money and bought one, and it worked great. It will be available for rental in the near future. I will ask him for how much he wants to rent it out. He wants to make back some of the money he spent on it.
