1979 240D Exterior and Interior

The Exterior and refurbished interior of my 240D Turbo. I installed new horsehair seat pads, carpeting, a Nardi steering wheel, laser engraved shift knob (that I designed), CD player and boost and exhaust temp gauges. Outside modifications include factory hubcaps, grille badges, and Euro headlights.

Squiggle Dog	That's actually pretty smart; start with a 240D that has manual everything, put in a turbocharged OM617, and do some modifications. Those gauges are tasteful, being VDO brand.	07-05-2013

bgkast	No, It is a 240D with a 300SD turbo engine swapped in. The turbo I have on it is from a Jeep Liberty CRD	05-18-2009
