Gurkha	Its made in India by Tempo partner, the original body is G461 and the powertrain is MB 407d truck, PUCH Tcase, with OM616 turbo engine on a Hanomag tubular chassis and front suspension. Its not a G but at 1/4th the price its every bit as competent as a G and in some places even more so and as durable as a G.	08-12-2010
Beastie	Does this mean anything goes. I have a Mercedes Benz tool kit and Hydraulic fluid in the trunk of my Rust and primered 68 Caddy. Just kidding it is interesting if nothing else. But Engine and tranny to not an Benz make it. just a lot more durable and stout. I am guessing these are made somewhere in South East Asia ? Looks like and old Toyota Land Cruiser and a GWagen got to humpin and bumpin. I am not a fan of Pimpin out an offroader but each there own. Looks good /-	08-12-2010

Gurkha	Nah.......it will stay where it is and it has every right to, uses OM611 and G32 tranny its every bit MB as it can be not to mention among the most competent off roaders out there.	06-07-2008
