Update 4-9-07: Got Peppy After Vacuum Switchover Valve was cleaned. I put ALDA back to original setting. I can now say - don't @&#%$ with the ALDA to regain power. All you need to do is make sure the entire boost line is clean - at least in my case. Don't just do the banjos. The vacuum switchover valve does get plugged up with soot. Take it off and clean it. I used brake cleaner spray to push soot thru. I can now feel the turbo kick in....heeehaaa

Am 3rd owner but good friends with 2nd and 1st owners. No blowby. Best engine ever.
