I've seen this before, but what the heck was wrong with the blasting cap? That was awefully fast. Bonehead must've let go of the spoon.

Yeah, if you look carefully you can see the spoon fly off when he pulls the pin with his teeth. He obviously had no idea you have to hold that part down.
