The w116 finally pics of paint work
Hey all,
Car is almost done, it needs to get undercoated and thats it, a few pieces of trim to go back on. The whole window surrounds chrome have been monotoned and are shortly going back on the car. http://www.mbcanada.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=9529&st=0&#entry106634 Peter

W126 Interior
How hard was it to install the W126 Interor? and did you get the seat electrics working ?

I got the seats from a w123 and they were manual. The only trick to that was that I had to swap over the rails from my old seats to these. The double sliding rails dont exactly match the w116. The only issue I have right now is the seat belt bar is way too high and hitting the side of the seat. And slight wierdness with running a little warm when it feels like it but never overheating. We are thinking of a radiator while there is a headgasket leak right up front by the chain and oil is leaking.

Interior
What about the back seats? Are they also off a W123, they look like the fit quite snugg.
