Was a couple of people here from Philipines too. Dunno if it's possible or not, but try advanced searching "philipines" exclusive to this forum and you might find them.

It wont be an easy 2nd hand parts search. With 1970's 4-cyl engines being head-crackers, there's probably not alot of cyl heads for them left on the shelf.
