Buyer Beware: Classic auto spares( A.K.A) H.D rogers and sons.

I ordered a master cylinder for my fintail from them after confirming that it was the right style before placing my order. I received the part and it was the wrong style. I sent the part back and they received it a week ago. after a few days i inquired as to when i would get my refund, I was told it takes 2 days to process returns. Its been a week and since that email i have received no response(despite several inqueries) and no refund. Just wanting to let everyone know how they handle their customers.

Well, i do believe thanks to this posting i got a partial refund. Except shipping both ways and i think a restocking fee i lost about $30 but i learned a big lesson about what sellers to buy from. Not this one again.

Thanks for the warning. I try not to deal with sellers other than FastLane, mbz.org, or ebay if I KNOW the part is EXACTLY what I'm looking for by pics (if the pic is missing ONE SMALL PIECE I do NOT buy it).

Have you tried to call Phil at FastLane or Rusty at mbz? I remember when I ordered my header pipe online, Phil called ME to tell me it would arrive late because it was special order. The customer service from these guys is unbeatable.
