Nice '69 280S on CL

I found this while browsing the CL listing for Mercedes cars. The seller claims it only has 59K on it. The photos of the car seem to look good but the only thing that gets me are the white seats, blue carpets and black dash. Seems like a mish-mash but maybe all the old Benzes were like that. If it were a fuelie, I'd go look at it but for 4500 it seems like a good deal anyway.
Thought I'd share it.

Rear damage questionable

Looking at the photos, I'm curious as to the extent of the damage on the left rear. The bumper looks tilted upward and bent in the middle and the chrome trim beneath the trunk on the left also looks slightly bent. Did the bumper make contact with the body causing damage not evident in the photo? I don't think the interior is actually leather as stated because the pictures show Tex like material vent preforations. Other than exterior color, heater controls and discribed minor maintenance issues, it looks like a good buy in the $4K range.

The car has caught my attention for the low mileage mainly. I'd like a car like that for a daily driver but I'm sure it'll have issues crop up regularly for a car of its age. Like I mentioned earlier if it were a fuelie I would have considered it but with the dual carbs, I'm sure gas mileage wouldn't be all that great.
