Subframe Mounts W116

I HAVE SEVERAL W116 CARS, A 280S, 280SEL, 350SEL, AND A 450SE I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW ONE CAN TELL WHEN THE SUBFRAME MOUNTS ARE WORN, I.E. WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS?

Noticable clunk over bumps and pot holes. Also visual inspection where they look cracked and deflated.
