Removing hand rails on the ceiling?

Hi,

Does anyone know how to remove the hand railing located on ceiling in the car? I want to polish the chrome bits but need some instructions how to remove the chrome ends.

Alternatively, can i just remove the chrome ends?

you dont say year and model, so i will give a general reply.

there will be two screws hidden by maybe the chrome parts or a plastic plug. slide or pry apart and remove screws.
