It's a battle

After the last seller backed out, I decided to get back into it and put a new system on the car and bought a set of Euro bumpers. Today I am so buried with my other projects and I really want to bring the RHD 250CE here that I can't justify keeping it.

If it sells, it sells. If it doesn't then I will keep it and continue working on it.

With the stated intention to keep it and do more work on it if it doesn't sell, that means the car is REALLY a good one worth buying.

(Al I hope you decide to keep it, you are obviously a worthy owner of this gem) Even though I understand clearly your reasons for listing it

Potential

It has potential. Pretty much the same shape as the last one and it turned out OK in the end

It's also a Euro with no cats and manual A/C which is nice. I would love to restore it, the biggest struggle for me is that the person who buys it will probably part it out.

Taking the plunge...

I'm taking the plunge. We sealed the deal last night. I expect it to take a year to restore, but am looking forward to the challenge.
Best thing of all, The only car I have to get rid of is the BMW!
I'm sure in 6 months I'll be cursing myself but it will be worth it in the end.

Good choice

Personally I think you made an excellent decision
Now I can justify buying a pickup truck and stop using my 73 280SEL as a Pickup truck during my junk yard runs.

You can just "chop one" into a pickup truck....
How about a 6.9 dually pickup? Should have plenty of torque.

Wodnek, where are you in Wisconsin? We may be moving to Milwaukee in a few months and will be bringing the 6.9 with us.
