Part number request

First of all I would like to say HI EVERYBODY cause this is my first post here. My name is Andy and came from Poland. I have '76 MB 450 SLC.

Backing to the topic.
I have a problem. My car is european version, so I have european VIN, but i had fitted in US head lamps. Thats ok ;-) but I need this plastic little cubic parts with bolts which are used to adjust lamps. The thing is, that in Polish Mercedes branches they have no US version of EPC (this computer parts catalog) and they can't find appropriate part for me. They said, that if I have part numbers they cauld order these parts for me.
Maybe somebody here can help me and find apropriate numbers.

Thanks in anvance
Andy

HI ANDY!

Welcome to the community. You might be able to get that info over at the 'SL' forum, its on www.peachparts.com, but in a different section, a bit further down on the page. Alternatively, you could probably order them from this site as well. Click on the 'Buy Parts' icon at the top of the page and send Phil an e-mail; he is our parts man for this site, and the revenue generated will help pay for the site.

Ironically, in America, it is the euro headlights that are generally thought to be superior. Green Grass and whatnot.

cheers,
dan r.

Hi
Thanks for advise about forum. I thought this forum are more apropriate than SL Forum ;-) I will post there. I will also ask Phil about it, but I rather prefer to buy it in Poland, because its realy no big deal (just couple plastic things for about 1$ each) and postage to Poland could be quite significant cost here. This little things make me more problems than I thought, and with the old ones I just cant adjust lights :). Right one is lighting about 2meters from my fender and the left one are brighting the sky :D

Are these adjusters the same as w123 240D USA Headlights..... being long black plastic twist knobs? They are probably the same, knowing Mecedes Benz. If so then I can send you an entire set for cost of shipping + $1.00 from my parts car. And it will not cost much to ship from here, weighing very little.

Welcome to the Vintage Forum, we are happy to see people from all over the world. Several from Poland have posted here, also we have forum members from Norway, Egypt, Phillipines, Australia, New Zealand and Tasmania.
