1972 250C Zenith 35/40 INAT Idle Jet

Hello All,

I'm rebuilding a set of Zenith 35/40 INAT carbs from a '72 250 C. When I opened up the front carb, the #45 idle jet (idle fuel nozzle) was missing. I'm looking for a new or used replacement. Is there a source for obscure parts such as this, or is there anyone out there with a set of INATs on the shelf willing to sell me the idle jet? Any help would be appreciated. Please contact me at vanhookvintage@epix.net or at sales@vanhookvintage.com.

Thanks in advance,
Greg

Those are the wrong carbs for that car. That is a low compression engine and should be fitted with a set of 32/40s. If you are talking about the small jet that is at the bottom of the main section, I'll see if I have one kicking around.

Need pump for same

I have a 72 250 and I thought that my carbs were 35/40's also. I don't have a idle jet but I am going to rebuild the carbs also and need a acc. Pump. Any help on locating one would be great.

35/40 INAT Accel. Pump

The Royze ZE-28K kit has a new accelerator pump seal, but no other accel. pump parts.

OK. Just pulled a #45 out of a scrap Zenith and put in a small parts bag. Pm me an address and I'll mail it. I don't want any money.

None of you people ever say where in the world you are which is highly irritating. Assuming you are in the US, you should have 32/40s.

OK. Last call. I have an idle fuel jet for a Zenith setting on my desk and ready to send for free. I'll **** can it in a couple of days assuming you've found another and didn't have time to post that info.
