FS: 13 inch wheel set with new tires

13 inch wheel set W110 matching numbers, steel, self etching primer and satin black enamel.

Five wheels installed with NEW Uniroyal Tires 185 / 70 -13, new stems, dynamic balance, etc.

NO PROBLEMS

I installed a new axle with disc brakes and cannot use this excellent wheels and tires.
