WTB W115 Passenger Mirror
My husband and I have a 1976 W115 (300d) daily driver that we love - we're looking for a manual passenger mirror and having no results... Any idea where we can find one? So far, I've bought two mirrors from eBay that were advertised as W115 but were W116 - different angles, money wasted...

IIRC the W115 never was offered with a right side mirror in the USA. The part exists on the EPC for RHD cars so it can probably be fitted but finding one short of ordering it from the dealer might be tricky (and even that might not be possible since lots of parts which were not intended for sale in the US market can't even be ordered, like the euro H4 headlights and lenses).
The part number is A115 810 52 16. Maybe watch ebay UK and Australia for salvage listers and see what you can find there.

keep watching ebay
I purchased the correct passenger mirror off of ebay about a year and a half ago. I was lucky and paid somewhere around $30 for it. Make sure the part number matches up with the previous post before bidding.

W114 mirror
The one on ebay.DE referenced above is a LH mirror for the 68-73 W114/W115 cars. This fellow needs the later "big bumper" style that was stuck through what had been opening vent windows on the 73 and earlier 4 door cars. Late ones (74-76) looked much more like W116 or R107 cars.
