How to straight wire 280S

I just got a 1968 280S, with not key. I would like to try to start it to see if motor is any good? Can someone tell me how to straight wire it? Thanks....gene

on an older car you can run a small jumper from the plus on the battery to the plus on the ignition coil. then a jump across the terminals of the starter or if a stick a push start should do it.

at some point, i don't believe a 68 would be a problem, the hot wire for the ignition will not work.
