Looking for a Manual Transmission for 72 250 sedan

I'm looking to take that crazy to manual conversion for my 72 w114 250 sedan. If anyone is getting rid of a w114 gas or diesel with a 4 or 5sp manual gearbox (or parting one out), please contact me. I need the whole kit (gearbox, pedal assembly, flywheel, etc.). Would gladly trade for my auto, but it probably needs a rebuild. I could probably use other parts from your car as well...

Much obliged!

1976 Audi Fox
1986 Audi 4000

I have a 39 Studebaker Coupe Express pickup in which I have had installed a 617 turbo and a five speed manual. It still needs upholstery redone...I also have a 427 Cobra replica with an aluminum chassis.

- shifter
- Correct length arms to connect the shifter to the transmission (4 vs 5 vs 6 cylinder).
- Gear box
- Support for the gear box
- clutch pedal
- clutch assembly
- flywheel + new bolts to attach it
- pilot bearing
- driveshaft

One part ata time if necessary.

Also be warned, MB auto trannies often misdiagnosed as needing "rebuild" when it's just the tranny fluid pump that goes south, an easy reasonable fix. Ask whoever told you the tranny was dead about the pump (accessible with tranny in car) and if he scoffs then take it somewhere else for another opinion.
