Nice work
well, all are mine. check my signature line
I finally got the time to have all of the remaining clusters out and available.
The 300K+ is a hybrid out of my '79 300TD and is the correct mileage figure. The speedo shop set it up for me when I replaced the NA engine with one from an '85 300TD and installed a different (3.07) diff. You will note that the fuel gauge has a shiny center button on the pointer as was typical of the early Benz, while the other gauges in that cluster have black centers.

I need to get the 160 MPH instrument over to the local speedo shop to have it calibrated because its a but off. Not that I can ever go that fast, its just that the original speedo in that '87 300D went bad (no odometer) and it was faded pretty badly so I found one from a later model gasser with low mileage (check it out, only 73K miles showing!). I also upgraded the housing to a late 124 style with its MUCH BETTER lighting! I need to get some night time photos of the improvement

you would not happen to have a spare lower lens? the one that has the turn signal on it along with the battery and brake light? This is for a 73 450 SL W107
Mine is in good shape but all the white has worn off so it looks kinda bad. IF you do let me know and thanks.
I think I will post in WTB section as well

When I took apart my cluster I sprayed the black surround with automotive clearcoat. Just a light spray, the grain of the plastic worked t my favor and the outcome was excellent. It looks as if the piece is permatently armor-all'd, not all shiny and incorrect looking. Just an idea while your in there.
