I have never had the pleasure of replacing one, but I looked at the Alldata procedure. According to them, the distributor needs to come out and the balancer needs to come off. The big challenge is getting the bolt that holds the balancer loose.

I was about to look up the labor hours, but the Alldata server went down.

Sounds like an all-day or at least most-of-day job to me.

I thought the little "Notch" on the balancer was to be able to get the WP bolt out? Maybe not. Food for thought, it's a tedious job. You sure it's the problem? Good luck!
