I've had the box out once already about 12k miles ago. Now it's leaking badly and so far the advice I've had falls into two bins: re-seal the original again if there is no slop, or buy a rebuild ($450?).
I'm a 108 owner with a $1.08 budget. Please chime in. |

I had mine resealed. Cost was between 300 and 400 dollars. The worm was brought back to speck and drives great. One of the few jobs I have farmed out - $40 in parts and the rest was labor.
