Question DIY Spark Plug, Wire, and Distributor Cap Replacement? - 1980 450SL

I just picked up a new set of plug wires, spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor for my 1980 450SL, and I plan on trying to replace it all in the next week or so...

Only problem is that I don't know how to.

Does anyone know of a good DIY page, or can someone post instructions on how to do this (and what tools, etc I need).

Thanks!!
zack

This should be pretty straight forward. Remove one plug at a time and one wire at a time so that you don't mix up the firing order.

If you have never done anything like that before, get someone who has changed the plugs on any car to stand over you. They should be able to guide you through the process.
